Your privacy, explained simply.
This policy explains what Sweetly Taught collects when you use our AI-powered money, career, home, life-admin, and income-idea tools—and how that information is used.

Information you provide
We may process information you enter into Ask Sweetly, including your goals, budget range, experience, and details about your situation. If you create an account, we process your email address, authentication information, usage count, and subscription status. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website, generate the guidance you request, manage accounts and access, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, understand website performance, and improve Sweetly Taught.
AI processing
Information submitted to an AI feature may be sent to the AI service provider used by Sweetly Taught so it can generate your response. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important facts before acting.
Website traffic and analytics
Sweetly Taught uses first-party analytics to understand how the website is used. We may record a randomly generated browser identifier, pages viewed, approximate visit times, and the referring website’s domain. This helps the owners see visitor counts, page views, popular pages, traffic sources, and trends. We do not intentionally store full IP addresses in this analytics system. The random identifier may be kept in your browser’s local storage so visits can be counted without requiring an account.
Accounts, payments, and service providers
Account authentication and website data may be processed by our hosting, database, AI, analytics, and payment providers as needed to operate the service. If payments are enabled, card information is handled by the payment provider; Sweetly Taught should not directly store full payment-card numbers.
Sharing and selling information
We may share information with service providers only as needed to run, protect, and improve the service, or when required by law. Sweetly Taught does not claim to sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting optional information and clear your browser storage to reset the first-party analytics identifier. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of applicable account information. Some records may be retained where legally required or needed for security.
Children
Sweetly Taught is intended for adults and is not designed for children to create accounts or submit personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our features and practices change. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@sweetlytaught.com.
